Returns & Exchanges
Return requests may be approved if all of the following conditions are met:
- You contact us within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- Tags are attached, and the item is in its original packaging
- You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email customercare@holleen.com with the following information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Product(s) to be returned
- Reason for the return
If your return request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with further instructions.
Important Notes
Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through Holleen.
Special Campaigns & Limited-Time Offers
For promotional orders:
- All items included in the promotion must be returned to receive a full refund.
- If you keep any bonus products, bundle items, or free gifts, their full retail value plus shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Please contact us and include clear photos of the damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
- We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
- You may use any shipping carrier, but we strongly recommend choosing a trackable shipping method.
- Lost return shipments cannot be refunded.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
